It is the also the comb selected if the clipper comb does not allow for the short length desired. Typically this comb in conjunction with a clipper offers the opportunity to show scalp exposure. The American Crew All-Purpose Cutting Comb is widely used for refining shape all over the head form with either clipper work or shear-over-comb. The smaller side with extra fine teeth allows for greater ease of manipulation to accommodate all interior adjustments.
